LOLOTerms of Use
1. Acceptance
By using LOLO you agree to these Terms of Use (End User License Agreement). If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply in addition to Apple’s standard EULA.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use LOLO. Your account is personal; sign-in is only via your Apple or Google account.
3. Community rules — zero tolerance
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited and lead to content removal and permanent account termination:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech and discrimination
- Nudity, sexual content and sexual exploitation; any inappropriate content involving minors
- Violence, encouraging self-harm, illegal activity
- Spam, scams, impersonation, fake accounts
- Sharing other people’s personal information without consent
4. Reporting, blocking and moderation
New posts and comments pass an automated content review before they are published; content that violates the rules is not published. You can report any post, comment or profile and block users in the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; violating content is removed and the offending user is ejected. Repeatedly reported content may be hidden automatically until reviewed.
5. Your content
You are responsible for the content you share. You keep ownership of it and grant LOLO a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute it in order to operate the service.
6. Tokens and purchases
Tokens are non-transferable digital units with no monetary value, used in the app for features such as boosting a post (“Öne çıkar”) and Super Signal. In-app purchases are processed by Apple and refunds are subject to Apple’s policies. Spent tokens are not refundable. Remaining tokens may be void on accounts closed for violations.
LOLO Premium subscriptions (weekly / monthly) renew automatically. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings. Subscription tokens are added at the start of each period, and you can change your username while subscribed.
7. Termination
You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from interactions between users or from user content.
9. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Contact: [email protected].
